The challenge
01- Small clinics rely on walk-ins and phone calls, which means long waits and crowded rooms.
- There was no record of past visits and no easy way to collect fees in advance.
- Doctors had no simple way to publish their timings, breaks and working days.
The approach
02- One entry point with two roles, Patient and Doctor, labelled in English and Hindi.
- A short booking form that asks only for name, age, village and mobile number.
- Razorpay checkout confirms each booking, and the layout works on phones and tablets.
