The challenge
01- Cab customers in Bengaluru are used to surge pricing and fares that change after they book.
- Airport fares depend on which part of the city you live in. That's hard to explain over the phone.
- Most bookings came in by phone or WhatsApp, with no record of where each trip stood.
The approach
02- Put fares first. An airport fare finder sits in the hero. Type your area and you see the fixed price straight away.
- Split the city into six airport zones, with clear prices for Sedan, Ertiga and Crysta.
- Keep WhatsApp and phone booking one tap away, while moving customers towards a tracked online booking.

Four ride types
Local cabs, airport transfers, outstation trips (one-way and round trip) and weekend trip packages.
Cab selection
Sedan, Ertiga and Crysta, each with seats, airport price and per-km outstation rate.
Live booking status
Each trip moves through Pending → Confirmed → Assigned → Started → Completed.
Full rate card
Six airport zones, 8 hr/80 km packages, extra km, driver allowance and cancellation fees.
Accounts & admin
Customer login with My Bookings, plus an admin dashboard for managing trips.
