A role-based mobile app that brings attendance, leave, payroll and team management into one place, replacing spreadsheets and manual approvals.
The challenge
01- Attendance, leave and payroll were spread across separate tools, spreadsheets and manual approvals.
- When biometric devices failed, attendance had gaps that someone had to fix by hand.
- Managers had no single view of their team, and employees couldn't easily check balances or payslips.
The approach
02- One app with three experiences: Employee, Manager and Admin.
- Azure AD sign-in, with fingerprint check and GPS capture at check-in.
- A manual attendance request flow, approved by a manager, for days when the device fails.

Apply for leave and track casual, sick and earned balances, with full history.
Earnings & payslips
Salary structure, monthly payslip downloads and a financial-year summary.
Manager tools
Approve requests, monitor team attendance and export reports as PDF or Excel.
Leave forecasts
Balance reports and forecasts to help with team planning.
Admin console
Manage employees, departments, roles and reporting managers.

A complete Flutter app with a Django REST backend that covers attendance, leave, payroll and team management. Approval workflows replace the old manual HR processes.
